50% deposit payment confirms your sauna booking, but you may pay in full at anytime before your appointment.
You are required to arrive at least 20 mins before your booking to fill-out the required waiver and prepare for your appointment.
Additional time will not be allocated to persons who show up late for their scheduled appointment.
You may leave at anytime during your appointment to take a dip in the beach and return before your booking time has expired.
Sauna bookings for 3 and more come with complimentary oak leave brooks, tea with lemon & honey, fruit platter and free parking (subject to availability). Sauna bookings for 1 or 2 persons have to pay an additional cost for these add-ons.
Tobacco, alcohol and hookah are available for appointments at an additional cost up to 2:00 am.
You must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule without any additional charges.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled services.
